A pulse counter channel is available through any Wildeye cable types that contain the "C" code. Example: WILD-M-R-NACS-NACS Counter channels are designed to read "pulse output" flow readings from power, water or gas meters. It is designed to accept pulse outputs that are either "dry contact" or reed-switch type output, or transistor "open collector" or "open-drain" type outputs. Select the appropriate accessory to attach to your meter or sensor.

Counter channels are designed to read "pulse output" flow readings from power, water or gas meters. It is designed to accept pulse outputs that are either "dry contact" or reed-switch type output, or transistor "open collector" or "open-drain" type outputs.
General Characteristics of the counter channel:
- Maximum 20hz input signal
- Minimum 25ms pulse width
- 1M ohm pullup to 2.8V
- Tolerant to 30V permanent over-voltage accidentally applied to the counter input.
