Setting up Alerts

Note: If you have Client Admin privilege's you can set up your own alarms

Text message or email can be set up to alert you or your clients of the status of your sensors

To setup alerts please reach out to technical support: 

Please choose from the following options: 

  • Contact information: 
    • Include how you would like to receive alerts
      • Text message 
      • Email 
      • Phone call 
    • Include the contact information i.e. phone numbers or email addresses 
  • Type of alerts and specifics: 
    • Daily Total Volume - Flow today greater than X
    • High/Low - alarm by a specific high or low input value.
      • For irrigation events that have been turned on 
      • For frost alerts at a certain threshold
    • Minimum Night Flow - Flow between time X and time Y lower than Z.
    • Weekly Minimum Night Flow - Flow in last seven days lower than X; useful if some nights are expected to have data coming through
    • Yesterday's Total Volume - similar to Daily Total Volume but for the previous day; useful for loggers that only upload once a day to ensure the alert measures the total data received from the day before.
    • Last X Days' Total Volume - similar to Total Volume but for a specified number of days.
