Expanders

Expanders are available to increase the number and type of meters/sensors that can be attached to a Wildeye.

Expanders can be attached to any Wildeye cable containing the "S" (SDI12) channel type.

Expanders allow additional current loop (A), voltage (V), resistance (O), digital dry-contact (D), and watermark channels (W), as well as allowing valve and pump control. 

Additional channels are made available through up to 4 physical cables which can terminate in either a Plug Cable or Bare-Wires.

Add 3 meters/sensors with analogue voltage outputs to your Wildeye

1x M12 connector containing:

• 15V SPO

Boost the standard 12V SPO to 15V, for certain loop-powered analogue sensors. 

1x M12 connector containing:

• RS485 MODBUS

Adds MODBUS over RS485 to your Wildeye

1x M12 connector containing:

• RS232 MODBUS

Adds MODBUS over RS232 to your Wildeye

1x flying lead containing:

• 24v Latching Solenoid controller

Adds the ability to control 24V latching valves

1x flying lead containing:

• Isolated passive relay output

Adds the ability to switch external devices on & off

3x flying leads ea containing:

• Watermark soil tension

Add up to 3 x Watermark soil tension sensors.
