Outpost Central Ltd (“Wildeye”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and share (“process”) your information when you use our products and services — including our websites, applications, and customer communications.
We comply with privacy laws applicable to the regions in which we operate and where our users are located, including the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and relevant U.S. data-protection and communications laws.
Regardless of where you are located, Wildeye handles your information to a standard consistent with these frameworks.

In most cases, personal information is not retained for longer than three (3) months after account closure, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

15. Do-Not-Track Controls
At this time, Wildeye does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as no uniform standard currently exists.
If such a standard is adopted, this policy will be updated accordingly.
16. 10DLC Messaging and Use of Phone Numbers
Purpose of Collection
Wildeye collects customer phone numbers to enable operational and support communications by SMS or voice, which may include:
Account verification and alerts
Support follow-up communication
Appointment and delivery confirmations
General communication
U.S. A2P 10DLC Compliance
Wildeye uses registered 10-Digit Long Codes in accordance with FCC and CTIA regulations.
Messages are sent only to recipients who have opted in through a Wildeye form, service request, or account interaction.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Standard carrier rates may apply. Wildeye does not sell or share phone numbers for marketing purposes.
International and Australian Messaging
For customers outside the U.S., including Australia, Wildeye sends SMS communications only to numbers provided or confirmed by the customer.
Messages comply with local telecommunications regulations, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and ACMA requirements.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting support@mywildeye.com.
Storage and Security
Phone numbers and message content are stored securely within Wildeye’s systems and are accessible only to authorised personnel.

Wildeye may update this policy from time to time.
The effective date will be reflected at the top of this document.
