Frequently asked questions

What is an OP number, and where do I find it?

Every Wildeye datalogger has a unique serial number, which we call the OP number. It is printed on the label on the side of each datalogger. The number will consist of the characters “OP” followed by 5 or 6 digits. This OP number is also shown against each of your sites in the web portal and mobile app.
